What to bring:
clothes that can get wet (swimsuit,etc), footwear that can get wet (sports sandals,etc –footware will get wet so please bring change of footwear), hat, water bottle, Day 1 lunch, sunscreen, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, towel and change of clothes, etc.
We will camp on the banks of the Kumano River so please remember to bring a sleeping bag and mat. (rental is available: 2000yen)
※We carry basic first aid
